SHIPPING POLICY

U.S. SHIPPING

We ship our orders using USPS (United States Postal Service) and UPS. Regular orders are usually processed and leave our warehouse within 2 business days of your order date, excluding weekends and holidays. Expect to receive your regular order within 4-6 business days from your order date. All pre-orders are processed and leave our warehouse within 60 days of your order date. You will be notified via email once your order has been shipped with a tracking number.  We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances, including carrier delays. If you have any issues with your order once it’s left our warehouse, please contact the carrier first as they are best at locating your package.

If there is a mistake with your shipping address, please email us at hello@pixicycling.com to correct this.

If you need your order by a certain date, please contact us at hello@pixicycling.com and a representative will assist you in determining the best shipping method.

U.S. SHIPPING RATES

Standard Shipping (4-6 business days)                 $5.00 (Free U.S. Standard Shipping on Orders Over $75)

Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days)*             $8.00

 *UPS & Expedited Shipping Terms – Orders received after 3pm PST/6pm EST will be processed the following business day.

CANADA SHIPPING

We ship to Canada via USPS Priority International and UPS.  Your shipping rates will be calculated at checkout. Most regular order deliveries will arrive between 6-21 days from shipping date. All pre-orders are processed and leave our warehouse within 60 days of your order date. We use USPS Priority International unless otherwise noted. UPS provides door-to-door tracking, while USPS does not.

All international orders may be subject to VAT and additional customs fees upon delivery. These fees are determined by customs officials and are the responsibility of you, the buyer. It is at the sole discretion of your country’s customs agents to release your package. Note, in rare occasions, customs may delay delivery of some packages.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship to select international countries via USPS Priority International and UPS. Shipping fees will be determined by the package size and weight as well as your selected speed. The prices will be shown at checkout for your convenience. If you do not see your country listed at checkout, please contact us at hello@pixicycling.com.

EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY

RISK-FREE RETURNS

We have a 60-day, no-questions-asked return or exchange policy for all of our products. If you aren’t 100% in love with our gear, for any reason, we will set you up with a full refund or an exchange within 60 days of receipt.

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method. Gift card purchases are non-refundable.
